About Mountain View Mindfulness

I care deeply about helping people find calm, clarity, and joy—whether that’s through hobbies, work, or simply how we show up in our daily lives.

In addition to my daily meditation practice, I find grounding and inspiration in the outdoors. Whether I’m relaxing in the yard or out on an adventure—alone or with friends and family—play and outdoor time are how I reconnect. Most of the photos on this site were taken during those moments; they’re just a glimpse into the joy I find outside.

The name Mountain View is a nod to that connection. But here’s the thing: you don’t have to be on a mountaintop to find peace. You can create a meditation practice that fits your life—something you can access anytime, anywhere.

And that hashtag you might’ve seen, #2manyHobbies2LilTime? It’s not just for fun (though it is fun)—it’s a real reflection of how full and rich life can be when you’re doing what you love.

My hope for you...
When I work with individuals or organizations, my goal is simple: to help you create the space and clarity needed to make choices that align with what truly matters. The world is busy, and our minds can feel like wild chariots racing in every direction. But with practice and intention, we can learn to take the reins—and live our best lives: focused, resilient, and fulfilled.
